Canon Law requires anyone who wishes to be considered a member of a particular parish to be officially registered in the parish to receive the Sacraments.
You may be recognized as a practicing Catholic in good standing.
If you wish to become a godparent for Baptism, First Communion, or Confirmation, you must be registered and you must have received all your Sacraments.
If you wish to be married by the church or get your marriage blessed, you must be registered.
Christ the King School requires written proof that parents of students be registered and active in their church for enrollment and scholarship consideration.
If you have a daughter preparing for her Quinceñaera, you need to be registered and she needs to be attending and active in CCE classes for the last two years.

Registration forms are available in the narthex, so you can pick one up before or after Mass.

Fill out the form and return to the parish office by mail or in person.
