San Ramón Catholic Church was founded in 1974. In that 50-year history, the parish has never had a dedicated parish hall. A parish hall is a building that typically serves as a center for parish religious education, retreats, fellowship, community events, meeting spaces, and much more. At San Ramón, those functions have always been held in improvised or shared facilities that simply could not accommodate a growing parish's range of activities.
Over the past decade, San Ramón has saved close to half the cost of a new parish hall (which we have named the San Ramón Family Life Center). The funds are held in interest-bearing accounts dedicated solely to construction of the Family Life Center. We continue to hold fundraising events such as parish festivals that yield substantial net income to add to our savings. The remaining amount will be funded through continued fundraising and a bank loan if needed. To minimize the need for financing, we need your help.
